What is FlyOOBE?
FlyOOBE (Out-of-Box Experience) is a free, open-source tool designed to help users install Windows 11 on computers that don't meet Microsoft's strict hardware requirements. It's the successor to the popular Flyby11 tool, rebuilt from the ground up with improved compatibility and a more user-friendly interface.
Our tool safely bypasses TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and CPU compatibility checks during the Windows 11 installation process, allowing millions of perfectly capable computers to run the latest Windows operating system.

Why FlyOOBE Exists
When Microsoft announced Windows 11, they introduced strict hardware requirements that left millions of perfectly capable computers behind. TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and specific CPU requirements meant that many users couldn't upgrade, even though their hardware was more than capable of running the new OS.
We created FlyOOBE to bridge this gap. Our goal is to give users the freedom to choose their operating system without being artificially limited by arbitrary requirements. We believe in extending the useful life of hardware and reducing electronic waste.
Who Runs FlyOOBE?
FlyOOBE is developed and maintained by Dr. Peter Kümmel and a dedicated community of developers and enthusiasts passionate about making technology accessible to everyone. We're based in Freiburg, Germany, and operate this project as a free service to the global tech community.
